Seat leon cupra r 225 2004 113000 miles  URGENT in Brixham, Devon for sale

Hello I am selling £2695ovno my 2004 seat leon cupra R 225hp due to occupation. It's taxed till 31/01/15 and MOT till April 2015 it's a lovely car drive brilliantly very fast. Very good for is age paint work is fine it has got a carbon fibre rap on the roof, wing mirrors and through out the in side it has very recently had 4 new tyres a new clutch and flywheel also a cat back cobra exhaust (£375) and turbo inlet pipe. The car was previously been lowered although I'm not shore how much by it come with a full wired in sub and stereo. It is a shame to see this car go but needs must.
